In crafting the AgriSkills training program, our initial endeavor involved conducting a comprehensive survey among farmers, farmer organizations, and key stakeholders across Germany, Austria, Greece, Slovenia, and North Macedonia. The primary objective was to pinpoint areas of knowledge and skills that could be enhanced or refined, ensuring farmers’ success in integrating digital technologies into their practices.
