Our first step in developing the AgriSkills training program was to conduct a survey among farmers, farmer organizations and other stakeholders in Germany, Austria, Greece, Slovenia and North Macedonia. The aim of the study was to identify knowledge and skills gaps that can be filled or improved for farmers to be successful in their work by incorporating digital technologies into their activities.
