Recently, the Austrian partner of AgriSkills, WIN, hosted two exciting multiplier workshops in Vienna on the 13th and 15th of March 2024, attracting a total of 33 respected experts from different organizations.

The plenary sessions started with a warm welcome and an insightful opening speech by the respected Univ.Prof. dipl.-ing. Dr. Werner Zollitsch, Head of the Center for Global Change and Sustainability at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (Vienna). This was followed by Wolfgang Eisenreich, the Austrian project coordinator, who presented the AgriSkills tools, kicking off an interactive workshop focused on digital, precision, and smart agriculture in rural areas. At the end, various best practice examples were presented, followed by a lively round table discussion on integrating the AgriSkills training course into professional education and self-learning.

With participants representing a wide range of agricultural organizations, labor market experts, ministry stakeholders, and adult education representatives, the events were undoubtedly a resounding success, promoting collaboration and knowledge exchange in the field of agricultural innovation.
